REFUND POLICY

At Novelair, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon reception.
If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@novelairtravel.com with photos of the issue.

We will evaluate the situation and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Please note:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- If the return does not meet our conditions, the refund may be refused

EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need an exchange, contact us at support@novelairtravel.com.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items may not be eligible for return:
- Items used or damaged after delivery
- Items not in original condition
- Items returned after the 14-day window

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
